Warranty & Repairs
Our 150+ Year Commitment to You
At Boker, every product we make carries our promise of quality, craftsmanship, and durability.
We guarantee that every Boker knife is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product, for the original owner.
If your knife fails under normal use, we will repair or replace it with an item of equal or greater value — you only pay for shipping and handling.
Care Instructions
To keep your Boker knife performing at its best and to maintain warranty coverage:
- Use your knife only as a cutting tool – not as a screwdriver, pry bar, hammer, or chisel.
- Clean and oil the blade after each use.
- Do not disassemble your knife — doing so voids the warranty.
- Carbon steel blades will naturally develop a patina; regular application of knife-grade synthetic oil will help preserve their appearance.
- Pocket clips are designed for carrying inside the pocket, not on belts.
⚠️ Important: Lost, stripped, or tampered screws are not covered under warranty.

What Is Typically Not Covered

- Cracked or broken handle scales.
- Bent or broken pocket clips.
Boker Ceramic Knife Care & Sharpening Guide
Boker ceramic knives are precision slicing tools designed for smooth, effortless cuts.
To keep your knife in perfect condition, please follow these guidelines:
⚠️ Usage Guidelines
- Ideal for slicing only – not for chopping or cutting hard materials like bones, frozen foods, or items containing staples.
- Avoid cutting fibrous vegetables or sticky foods like cheese without extra care.
- Do not use for whittling or prying.
Why this matters:
Ceramic blades are extremely hard, which means they hold their sharp edge for a long time.
However, they are also brittle, so misuse can lead to chips or breakage.
Blade chipping or breakage is not covered under warranty.
Sharpening Service
Ceramic knives require specialized equipment to sharpen correctly.
Do not attempt to sharpen them yourself.
