One of the most exciting designs of recent years reaches its next peak. The Kwaiken, designed by Lucas Burnley, has been one of the most successful projects of the custom knifemaker and Boker Plus since its launch. The Boker Plus Kwaiken OTF Blue combines the slim, minimalistic design with a perfect automatic mechanism. When the serrated trigger on the top of the handle is pushed forward, the satin-finished blade made of D2 jumps out of the CNC-milled aluminium handle frontally at breathtaking speed and disappears again in the same way when the trigger is pulled. The Kwaiken OTF reaches a completely new level within the series and offers itself as a unique, versatile utility knife. The clip (tip-up/r) forms a successful contrast to the blue handle. With lanyard hole and high-quality nylon case for storage.

Absolutely flawless functioning after > 1 year of use

Very high quality and durability. I received this as a gift from my son about a year ago. I went out of my way to find it online so that I could leave a positive review. I carry and use this knife literally every day. It's never failed me and always gets the job done. Very impressed with the quality of the build and materials... it's truly an heirloom level knife. Worth it- I didn’t have the manufacturing issues mentioned

I didn’t experience the issues mentioned previously here- so maybe I got lucky but the manufacturing seems top notch from where I’m standing. Hopefully you have the luck I did and this knife will serve you well. Everything from the handle to the edge seems high quality and machined beautifully. Huge fan of this knife.

Boker was a great brand but I received a kwaiken otf as a gift in July here it is October and and it is done nothing that I did to cause it to to fall apart and I am sure if I was to call Boker they wouldn't do anything about it my best friend just deploy

Seems to be a QC or manufacturing error

I really wanted to love this knife. The first one failed as did its replacement. Both were quick and snappy opening and closing, but after less than 12 hours and 25 fires, the knife would jump off its guide when closing. The blade would shoot back then bounce back out. (Ps yes it is very sharp). Wish I could say I was being hard on it or that it was old but these were both brand new with virtually no use. Super bummed.
