Whether the European Black Widow has been a source of inspiration for the Boker Plus Karakurt remains the secret of Danish knifemaker Jesper Voxnaes. However, there are numerous indications that point to the black poisonous spider. The high-quality stainless steel is convincing with a hardness of 58 to 59 HRC. Preferred 'prey' includes the diverse cutting tasks of everyday life, which the pocket knife easily 'catches' because of its irresistible features. The handle made of anodised 6061-T6 aluminium is ergonomically shaped and sits securely in the hand, even for difficult tasks. The wave-shaped serrations on the underside promise additional grip. The knife also irritates its 'prey' with a convertible clip (tip-up/l-r) and a practical lanyard hole. Developed in collaboration with the automatic knives specialist Hogue, the Karakurt is made in the USA and impresses with perfect workmanship. With high-quality nylon case for storage.
