Particularly important for the characteristic taste of this noble brandy is the complex maturing process, which takes place in small oak barrels made of Limousin oak wood that has been matured for several years. Its wood is particularly large-pored and permeable to air, so that the fine brandy can breathe and mature in exchange with the air in this way.
