While maintaining the original proportions, the Urban Trapper Grand with a blade length of 9.7 cm is yet again a good deal larger than the original model. As a result, the knife has a little more reserves for heavier cutting chores and of course also fits well into an oversized hand. These changes nevertheless hardly compromise the carrying comfort since the moderate increase in liner and blade thickness in total still results in an extremely low profile knife. Ball-bearing hinged blade with flipper, made from VG-10, and featuring a refined horizontal satin-finish. Removable titanium clip (tip-up) and high-quality nylon case for storage.

Nice and sharp out of the box. Super smooth opening, pretty lightweight for a full sized knife. But it’s pretty compact and fits in my front pocket clipped in the corner.

Beautiful, lightweight titanium, sharpens easily, medium tasks

Great everyday carry knife. Great for opening boxes and general cutting tasks. Not for heavy duty forceful cutting as the blade stop pin can be moved out of place with too much force. Thin and light weight. It definitely doesn’t bog down in my pocket. Very smooth flipper action. The blade lock works great and it’s easy to close with one hand. Not for survival or defense, but I highly recommend it for everyday carry and light tasks.
