The Special Edition catches your eye not only with the Spanish Point but also with the blade which is partially refined with 24-carat gold. The total blade back and delicately worked details of the historic blade etching were gilded and raise this knife to a level hereto unknown. The 5/8" blade made from the best Solingen Straight Razor steel (special edge retention, non stainless) carries the traditional Spanish Point and is of course ground especially thin (until it makes the right sound). The blade is ground extra hollow with ridge.
