The Work Sharp Professional Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener is the new benchmark for manual knife sharpening. Thanks to revised adjustment options, the required sharpening angle can be set between 15° and 35° in no time at all, while an additional digital spirit level with an accuracy of 0.25° ensures precise and reproducible results. A comprehensive set of interchangeable grinding plates is available for the handle body: Diamond plates with grits of 220, 320, 400, 600 and 800, as well as a fine-grained ceramic plate for repairing, sharpening and honing. The leather strop refines and polishes the blade for optimal results, while another ceramic rod is specially designed for sharpening serrated blades. Compared to the Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener, the much larger Professional Adjust Knife Sharpener is equipped with a solid metal body and screw-on holes for the workbench, allowing you to sharpen even full-grown knives or machetes. This means: safe stand, safe sharpening and definitely sharp knives! The innovative V-Block Clamp fixes the knife quickly and reliably for a secure hold without slipping. The practical table attachment allows sharpening of small pocket knives and narrow blades up to an angle of 10°.
