Together with knifemaking legend Ken Onion, Work Sharp has further developed the Ken Onion Edition Knife & Tool Sharpener Mk.2 as the legacy and inspiration of its globally successful predecessor. The verdict: optimum sharpness with minimum effort! Thanks to its intuitive operation, the electronic knife sharpener ensures perfect sharpness. Thanks to integrated, flexible grinding belts, an optimized precision grinding guide and electronic speed control with 7 levels, quick and easy sharpening with consistent results is child's play. The knife sharpener's improved angle guide offers fine adjustment in 0.5° increments for any cutting angle between 15° and 30°, while the soft leather lining effectively prevents the blade from being scratched. When precise sharpening results are required, the electronic speed control with LED display delivers rich torque at low speed, while the high-speed setting provides the power needed for heavy-duty sharpening and grinding work on a variety of knives and tools. With the flexible sharpening belt technology, professional know-how from knife makers and manufacturers is now moving to the home workbench. The supplied 3/4" x 12" Norton grinding belts with different grit sizes (1x each of P120 Extra Coarse, X65 Coarse, X22 Medium, X4 Fine and 6000 Extra-Fine) offer a wide range of applications from repairing damaged blades to creating a sharp, highly polished edge and stand for durability and precision. The electronic sharpener is ideal for sharpening pocket knives, fixed knives, chef's knives, scissors, axes, tools or serrated blades. The Blade Grinding Attachment for the Ken Onion Edition Knife & Tool Sharpener Mk.2 utilizes the full potential of the electronic knife sharpener. The flexible, wider grinding belts guarantee precise and reproducible sharpening results thanks to precisely adjustable sharpening angles from 10° to 35° and three convex cutting profile settings. From kitchen knives to outdoor knives and pocket knives - this attachment gives every knife the best sharpness it has ever had. Two reference plates make it easier to maintain the correct sharpening angle and ensure two-handed sharpening with full control. Supplied with five 1“ x 18” sharpening belts in grit sizes P120, X65, X22, X4 and 12000.
